RETURNS POLICY: THE HEMP GROUND, S.L.

The product may be returned with prior approval from THE HEMP GROUND, S.L. When returning, the buyer must provide us with proof of receipt for the goods.

In the E.U., the buyer has the right to return purchases made online or by other means of distance selling (by phone, mail, or door-to-door sales) within 14 days to get a full refund.

Given the particular characteristics of certain products and for reasons of health and hygiene, returning the following products is not permitted, except in the case of defective products:

- Products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if it has been unsealed or if the product's protective packaging or seal has been opened.

- Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

THE HEMP GROUND, S.L. will issue a refund for the amount of the returned items. In the event that the wrong products are received, a full refund will be issued. Shipping costs are not included in the refund for the return.

Once the return has been approved, THE HEMP GROUND, S.L. may take up to 14 days to credit your payment service provider. Please note that the time it may take the payment service provider to make this amount available to you can vary from one payment service provider to another. The refund will be made to the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.
